Project timeline

The project is scheduled to be implemented within 24 months from July 21, 2025.

The implementation of the project is divided into the following phases:

  1. Initial Phase – 1 month after the contractor is engaged;
  2. Optimization Phase (1 month) – conducting semi-industrial trials to adjust production parameters and optimize the transport and loading of ash;
  3. Implementation Phase (21 months) – phase of ash collection and utilization;
  4. Project Closure Phase (1 month) – summarizing results and preparing the final report.

All phases are sequential and begin after the completion of the previous phase.
