Project organization

The Consortium has selected a project team for the implementation of the project, composed of individuals with experience in executing similar projects.

The team is led by Radomir Putnik, Dipl. Ing., who previously managed the implementation of the largest individual project in Serbia focused on the identification and elimination of industrial pollution and its consequences (IPA 2008 Project, “Supporting Environmental Protection in the Energy Sector” – Tackling the Problems of Electric Devices Filled with PCB Oils in EPS / Project Manager).

In addition to him, the team includes Dimitrije Stevanović, who has personally participated in numerous projects dealing with industrial pollution and industrial waste (including the aforementioned project), and Milan Stepanović, who also has experience in implementing similar projects in the energy sector.

The primary task of the project team is to carry out the project on time and within the planned budget, while also ensuring full compliance with all prescribed environmental protection measures and occupational health and safety requirements.
